I will just say that this camera is pretty nice......just a smidge better than my previous camera, the Pentax K1000, lol
The hardest part was learning how to turn all the damn automatic modes off...... I mean you could be blind as a bat and still take a good picture. anyways.........
I told you I would post some pics.... unfortunately I have not had the time to take pics during the day so you are left with these two.....
If anyone knows what the bottom pic is I will award them the "Genius of the century" award.
I am heading down to Tennessee this weekend so I should have some better pictures afterwards.

In reply to the comment on Xanga; I really think that the person who has the best chance for the Republicans is Fred Thompson. He has literally shot up in the polls in the last few weeks. He wasn't even on the radar a couple of weeks ago and already he has taken a 10% stake in the polls. This is even taking into consideration that he announced that he has Lymphoma, which hasnt affected him. He has the perfect combination of experiences. Thompson has been a Lawyer, a foreign diplomat, a Lobbyist, an Actor, and a damn Senator, perfect combo. Our country has been lacking a leader who can actually say what he means and back that up with some smarts. Anybody can take a good 'ol boy, put him in the hot seat, and he will do nothing else but get the job done. The problem is justifying his methods of doing such. Thompson has the wit, the charisma, and the talent of speech to relay to anybody what he wants to do and how he is going to do it. His father was a car salesman, and a damn good one from what I have read. One of the key things a car salesman has to do is convince you that you NEED the car you are looking at buying. Because if you really NEED it, you will buy it. President Bush has tried to justify the war in Iraq saying that we NEED to be there but hasnt backed it up with the proper justification. Put someone like Fred Thompson in the picture and you will have a nation signing their firstborns over to the military. Ronald Regan had the gift of speech along with the determination and the smarts to get things done. Fred Thompson would add to that and bring something great back to politics, someone we can trust. We havent had a president in a while that makes the American public feel 100% safe all the time. I think he has the talent and the experience to accomplish this if he so desires.
